In honor of National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Month, here’s a photo of the best such sandwich I’ve ever tasted. I’m not even a grilled-cheese sandwich aficionado, but this one is worth raving about.

The Five-Star Grilled Cheese Sandwich, served by Toni’s Courtyard Cafe in Merced, CA, melts cheddar, Swiss, provolone, and pepper jack cheese inside slabs of sourdough bread with a Parmesan cheese crust. It is melt-in-your-mouth amazing!
